The itinerary will be confirmed by the tour guide on the day of the tour. To place your order for a reservation online, simply select your desired tour start date and the number of rooms you need/ travelers you are booking for on the upper right portion of the tour information page, then click on "BOOK NOW". Hello Harish, Thank you for choosing Tours4Fun. The buy 2 get 1 free pricing will apply if you have 3 travelers booked in 1 room and each room will have 2 double beds. You can choose to book 3 rooms with 2 guests in each, but the total package price will be higher than if you book 2 rooms with 3 travelers in each. If you are placing your reservations separately, please include notes in the reservation request section referencing your co-travelers' reservation numbers to allow us to ensure that you will travel together on the same bus. If you choose to place one reservation for the 3 couples, please include your request to join out of Las Vegas and Los Angeles in the same reservation request section to allow us to arrange this for your booking.
